How Can I Place A Custom Order?
Please use our Request Form Page to submit your request. You will then receive a prompt response with a price quote.
How are items shipped?
All items are custom made and will be completed within 14 business days. All US orders are shipped First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight. You'll receive tracking info once item is shipped. We cannot control delivery services once packages have left our office. Items are shipped from NJ, USA.
Can I return or exchange items?
All items are made to
order. We do not accept returns or exchanges. In the event that you receive a defective item, we'll be more than happy to exchange it for the same item in
the same size. Please email us at komfykernels@gmail.com
What if I made a mistake with my order?
If any information is incorrect, please send an email to komfykernels@gmail.com as soon as possible. It can be changed if the order has not been shipped.
What type of images do you accept as artwork?
Please make sure
artwork is clear and sized correctly. 300 DPI preferred.
The following file types ae accepted:
JPEG/JPG, PNG, PSD
